    Thanks for sharing! Excellent post that’s encouraging, inspiring, informative, empathetic, caring & sincere! You’re so right that Depression can be part of the package! I’m the Mom of an OCD teen. I’ll mention your site to him. He’s basically struggled all his life with it being apparently more than anxiety by 12-13 yrs. old. He’s had much counseling including Exposure Response Prevention but is weary of therapy at this time. Definitely some progress, though struggles continue. God bless & heal all those suffering!

    Hey mate, great podcast! I so agree about community, so important. It has taken me years to realize this.. I am slowly putting together my story & should have it for you in a few weeks, I also just wanted to say how grateful i am for all your work here & what you are doing, i DO feel a part of a community here & it has helped me with some of your videos & podcasts thus far.
