My name is Catlin A. Palmer and I have been living with OCD, Depression, and Anxiety my entire life. I was born in a small town in Idaho. I am a quarter Native American and grew up living on an Indian Reservation. I graduated from Idaho State University with my Bachelors in Psychology and later with my Masters degree in Social Work all by the time I was 23. After school, I become addicted to drugs while trying to escape and cope with the pain my symptoms of mental health plagued me with. After recovering from substance abuse and gaining control over my symptoms, I have been able to establish a life coaching business with an emphasis on the mind. Today, I continue on the path of happiness and the fearless pursuit of making my dreams come true.
