I'm 25 years old and my native language is Greek although i'm not born in the particular country and have been there only 2 times. I'm currently studying my Masters degree on environmental sciences in United Kingdom. I'm receiving medical and CBT therapy for about 1 year. I think i can't categorize my OCD, I guess it has a little bit of everything but my basic feature is perfectionism on sometimes a crippling level. My personal opinion on the OCD treatment is find a therapist and if medication is suggested give it a go, you will save a lot of time and feel much better. I like to read articles about psychology, astronomy and astrophysics, biology, chemistry, evolution more focused on humans. And i have to admit that i read the simple stuff, nothing too complicated.
