  1. Thank you so much for this Podcast. It gave me some more encouragement with my progress or seemingly lack there of in therapy. It also made me feel less alone with feelings of anger and irritability. I think those are far worse than the anxiety. This site is so wonderful and it’s great to have a place where people really understand. Sometimes having OCD feels like being an alien ha, even in the world of mental illness, so thanks again.
