In episode 38 of The OCD Stories podcast I interviewed Morgan Rondinelli. Morgan is studying ecology and evolutionary biology, she is an OCD advocate and mental health blogger. She is on the executive board of the Healthy Minds Coalition as the Mental Health Monologues Director, and is also involved with Active Minds and the Peer-To-Peer Depression Awareness Campaign.

Morgan

I chatted with Morgan about her OCD story. She shared the importance of sleep, opening up, and offered some tips around how to stick to your ERP homework.  She talks about the mental health monologues, scheduling time for fun, not being tough on yourself when you make a mistake. Near the end we talk about values and how these can help recovery, and why we need to embrace uncertainty. Enjoy.
